Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow during your shift
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and food quality
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accurately
- Train recent team members through interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing coaching in food service and hospitality best practices
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper kitchen procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive dining experience

Qualifications





- Proven supervising or team management experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Experience with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Background in restaurant management, hospitality, or related fields such as hotel or barista experience is a plus
- Ability to lead by example, motivate staff, and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

Pay: $19.30-$22.00 per hour
