Job Description

J&A; Cleaning Services is hiring a reliable and experienced Weekend Cleaner to join our team in Chilliwack.

This position will primarily provide coverage for Airbnb turnovers and established biweekly residential clients on weekends. Hours will vary depending on bookings and the cleaning schedule, so this position is best suited to someone looking for flexible part time weekend work rather than guaranteed full-time hours.

Additional hours may become available as our client base continues to grow.

Schedule

- Saturday and Sunday availability required
- Primarily daytime cleaning
- Airbnb turnovers are completed between guest check-out and check-in times and require dependable availability within the scheduled turnover window
- Established biweekly residential cleans are also scheduled on select weekends
- Hours will vary week to week based on bookings and client needs

Responsibilities

- Complete Airbnb turnover cleans efficiently and to company standards
- Residential recurring cleaning
- Clean and disinfect kitchens and bathrooms
- Dust and wipe surfaces
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Make beds and prepare Airbnb properties for incoming guests
- Check the property for cleanliness and presentation before leaving
- Follow property-specific and company cleaning checklists
- Report damages, missing items or maintenance concerns promptly
- Communicate with management regarding completed cleans or any issues





Requirements

- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable access to your own vehicle
- Reliable Saturday and Sunday availability
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working within time-sensitive Airbnb turnover windows
- Able to perform physical cleaning duties, including bending, lifting and being on your feet throughout the shift

This is an ongoing part-time position. Weekly hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on Airbnb bookings and scheduled client cleans. There is potential for additional hours as J&A; Cleaning Services continues to grow.

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 12.0 per week
