Our Government client is seeking an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.

The successful candidate will take a user-centered design approach, conducting research, developing prototypes, testing solutions, and iterating designs based on user feedback and business requirements. Ideal candidate would have previous Government Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and user-friendly web and mobile experiences.
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Translate research findings into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Design and iterate solutions based on user feedback and testing.
- Identify usability and design issues and develop effective solutions.
- Create responsive, mobile-first designs across a range of devices and interfaces.
- Develop and maintain UX/UI design standards and patterns.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Present design concepts, recommendations, and research findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Incorporate accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles into solutions.
- Manage competing priorities while meeting project timelines and deliverables.

Mandatory Requirements





- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience on complex digital projects.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, mobile-first, and responsive design principles.
- Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Experience creating:
- User flows and journey maps
- Wireframes and mockups
- Interactive prototypes
- User research findings and recommendations

- Robust proficiency with modern UX/UI design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, InVision, or similar.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles and the capabilities/limitations of web technologies.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
- Experience with accessibility and usability compliance testing.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Experience supporting digital products through Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live or similar delivery phases.
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional product teams.
- Strong understanding of change management and stakeholder engagement.
