Job Description

General Handyman: Capable, Reliable and Teachable - You will be responsible for managing multiple work orders, small repairs and the occasional unit flips (full renovation of an apartment unit). You'll need to be able to complete major carpentry projects, as well as minor plumbing, electrical and flooring jobs. You will be required to work with a variety of trades and be adaptable and willing to learn current skills. You must have a proven track record of getting jobs done effectively while dealing kindly with difficult tenants or customers

Duties and Jobs

- Able to manage a variety of work orders in a timely manner or as required within specified deadlines
- Knowledge of a variety of trades including plumbing and carpentry
- General maintenance skills




- Completing odd jobs and small projects for landlords or commercial customers
- Able to complete carpentry projects using extensive knowledge of drywall, painting and flooring installation.
- Must be able to drive a truck and trailer.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
