Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Community Health Manager to serve as the local face of our services in the Kingston and surrounding area.

This is a people-first, community-based role position. It is ideal for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction, enjoys being on the road, and is confident balancing both sales and service. Approximately 90% of your time will be spent in the field, building relationships and meeting clients for assessments, while 10% will be dedicated to administrative work in your home office, including managing leads and updating CRM systems.

Duties

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including:

- Occupational therapists
- Social workers
- Hospitals and care homes
- Physicians and pharmacists and other healthcare professionals




- Represent Just Like Family at community events, networking opportunities, and local initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized care plans
- Educate clients and partners on our services, clearly communicating how we support independence and quality of life
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Experience PSW/ home care experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Qualified and confident in face-to-face interactions
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required (this is a road-based role)

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
