About the Company
is a pioneering biotechnology company based at Western Research Parks in London, Ontario. We develop, scale, manufacture, and commercialize microbial and biological technologies for application in diverse industries such as agriculture, animal health, mining and bioremediation.
We are a growing, hands-on team where scientists, technicians, regulatory professionals, and commercial teams work closely together to move ideas from the lab into practical, real-world scalable solutions.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a scientific, agricultural, or agri-business background to work directly with the CEO.
This is not a traditional administrative-only EA role. A major part of your work will involve supporting customer inquiries and commercial projects - researching client needs, preparing presentations and supporting materials, organizing technical information, coordinating follow-ups, and making sure opportunities continue moving forward.
You will also assist the CEO with day-to-day project coordination and selected internal initiatives.
This role is well suited to someone with 2-5 years of skilled experience who has a background or strong interest in agriculture, biotechnology, life sciences, agribusiness, or a related industry and wants broader exposure to the commercial side of a growing biotech company.
Location: London, Ontario - Onsite

- Conduct research and prepare information to support business decisions and new opportunities.
- Help organize documents, shared folders, presentations, and project information.
- Support partnerships and other special projects as needed.
3. Business Operations Support
- Assist with selected internal projects across marketing, recruitment, regulatory, and business operations.
- Help coordinate practical onboarding and offboarding items such as equipment, system access, keys, and related follow-ups.
- Support other business priorities where additional coordination is required.
What You'll Bring
- Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Biology, Microbiology, Plant Science, Agronomy, Horticulture, or another relevant life-science discipline.
- Work experience in customer-facing, sales,
business development, or marketing roles.

- Recent laboratory or research experience, including microbiology, plant science, or product efficacy testing.
- Exposure to regulatory affairs or regulatory documentation.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across multiple teams simultaneously.
- Experience with preparing professional presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, and other business materials.
- Experience working directly with a founder, CEO and senior executive. Comfortable interacting with clients, partners, and senior business leaders.
- Strong written communication and ability to prepare professional client-facing materials.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Able to manage several priorities at the same time without losing track of outstanding actions.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
