Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender and become the heart of our lively hospitality environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to guests, craft and serve beverages with flair, and ensure every visitor has a memorable experience. Whether taking orders, mixing drinks, or managing transactions, you’ll be an essential part of our vibrant team dedicated to hospitality excellence.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and exact entry.
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol serving regulations.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations throughout your shift.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders while maintaining high standards of food handling and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues professionally, and creating a welcoming setting for all patrons.

Skills

- Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant serving or bartending with strong customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, bill splitting, and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of hospitality principles to create positive guest interactions and promote repeat business.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
