Salary: $2,035 to $2,480 per week, plus a P.Tech bonus of $75/week, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Duties and Functions:

- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations;
- Plan production activities;
- Directly supervises the team;
- Knowledge and experience in project management, including excavation, grading, surveying and final excavation work;




- Read, understand and interpret drawings and specifications;
- Complete time and production reports;
- Communicate professionally, including but not limited to supervisors, teammates, contractors, customers, and vendor partners;
- Assist in other various tasks;

Qualifications and Requirements

- Previous supervisory experience;
- Valid driver's license;
- Understanding of production and quality requirements;
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive;
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the position;
- College diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
