Pureoyl Healthcare is a GMP-certified, Health Canada NHP-licensed manufacturer of natural health, wellness, and cosmetic products based in Cornwall, Ontario. We're home to three growing brands — Puroleo, GreenRoot Labs, and PurVital Labs — sold across Canada and the U.S. Our production floor handles everything from liquid filling and capsule production to creams and topical products, all within a GMP-controlled environment.

The Role

We're hiring a Process Operator to join our production team. You'll operate and monitor manufacturing equipment — including liquid filling lines, capsule and powder filling systems, and capping equipment — to produce our products accurately, safely, and to GMP standards. You'll also work with a range of raw materials and finished products, including chemical ingredients such as hydrogen peroxide, so proper handling and safety practices are a core part of this role. This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role on our Cornwall production floor.

What You'll Do

- Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to maintain consistent quality and minimize downtime
- Handle raw materials and finished products safely, including chemicals like hydrogen peroxide, following WHMIS guidelines and SDS instructions
- Perform in-process quality checks and document production data accurately (batch records, output counts, downtime)
- Follow GMP protocols at all times, including hygiene, documentation, and cleanliness standards




- Perform routine equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, and changeovers between production runs
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly to your supervisor
- Work safely with personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Support other production floor tasks as needed, including material handling and packaging

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience operating production or manufacturing equipment (food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or natural health products experience is a strong asset)
- WHMIS certification, or willingness to obtain it before or shortly after starting (we can support this)
- Comfortable following detailed SOPs and maintaining accurate production documentation
- Solid attention to detail — accuracy matters for product quality and GMP compliance
- Ability to safely handle chemical ingredients following proper protocols
- Comfortable standing, lifting, and performing physical tasks for a full shift
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented, with a willingness to learn new equipment and processes

Bonus (not required): experience in a GMP-regulated environment specifically, TDG certification if handling concentrated chemical raw materials, or mechanical/troubleshooting aptitude.

Work Details

- Location: In-person at our Cornwall, ON facility
- Schedule: Full-time, standard production shift hours- 9 AM to 5 PM
- Type: Permanent, full-time
- Compensation: $20–$25/hour, based on experience, with room to grow

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 44.0 per week
