Responsibilities

- Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to transport freight over designated routes while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness
- Load and unload cargo with proper handling techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse teams, and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries




- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with transportation regulations
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly

Experience

- Proven experience as a qualified truck driver with a clean driving record
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes
- Strong driving skills with knowledge of traffic laws, safety standards, and route planning
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
- Physical stamina to manage long hours on the road and perform manual tasks as needed
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures is a plus

Pay: From $0.21 per hour
