Staffmax is currently recruiting a Roofing Estimator
Location: Raleigh Rd, Narol, Manitoba
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and commercial clients to assess roofing projects.
- Perform roof inspections and take accurate measurements.
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for roof repairs and replacements.
- Calculate material, labor, equipment, and disposal costs.
- Explain estimates and answer customer questions.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist in closing sales.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure a smooth handoff of awarded projects.
- Maintain accurate customer records and estimate documentation.
- Stay current on roofing products, installation methods, and local building code
