Duties

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring smooth transactions and efficient service
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the process
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while providing excellent customer service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through friendly suggestions
- Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times for customers
- Assist in kitchen operations when needed,

Requirements

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms, is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Enthusiasm for upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
