Social Media Manager Mississauga, Ontario · Full-time
Mgadz is a performance marketing agency in Mississauga. We're looking for someone who's great at relationship building — someone who takes clients' problems and solves them, and brings something current to the table every day, because social media never sits still.
What You'll Do
- Own the relationship for a portfolio of clients — you're their first call, and you know their business well enough to spot problems before they do
- Plan and create on-brand social content and campaigns, staying ahead of trends and platform shifts
- Turn client goals (and video scripts) into content, captions, and strategy that actually performs
- Lead client check-ins, translate performance data into honest, clear updates
- Coordinate with our ads, creative, and dev teams to keep everything on time and on strategy
- Spot upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
What We're Looking For
- Experience in social media management, account management, or client services (agency experience a plus)
- A natural relationship-builder — clients feel taken care of when they talk to you
- Strong writing and communication skills, and a genuine pulse on social media trends
- Organized, calm under pressure, and quick to take ownership when something needs fixing
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Content marketing: 1 year (required)
