Job Summary
We are seeking askilled and passionate line cooks/prep cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation while maintaining a protected and efficient work environment. The line cooks/prep cooks will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef and sous chef in running the line.

Duties

- Assist the Head chef and souschef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring food quality standards are met.
- Prepare dishes according to instructions given by the head chef and sous chef.
- Participate in food preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Help manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Prep menu items according to the recipes provided.

- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Proven experience in the food industry with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
