Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety standards. This role involves preparing and cooking menu items with precision and efficiency, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The Line Cook will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals consistently. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, and a commitment to cleanliness and food handling protocols is essential.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Cook dishes efficiently during busy service hours while maintaining consistency
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts
- Support the team in meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service
- Follow all food safety protocols,



including proper storage, labeling, and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize workflow and ensure smooth operations during service

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
