Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and fashion-forward Frame Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for style, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of eyewear trends. As a Frame Stylist, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect frames, offer style and fit recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. We will take the time to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their style preferences, face shape, and optical needs. Provide personalized frame recommendations based on these factors.
- Frame Selection: Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends and collections to offer informed advice and showcase a diverse range of frames.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings,



including frame materials, lens options, and brand features.
- Sales Support: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, process transactions, and achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, handle inquiries and concerns professionally, and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Contribute to store displays and ensure that the eyewear selection is organized, appealing, and well-presented.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Perform routine tasks such as restocking shelves, organizing display areas, and managing inventory levels. Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to store management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with optical professionals and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support store operations.
