Job Summary

Ramen Isshin College is looking for Kitchen Staff to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking ramen and other menu items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and following food safety standards.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but training will be provided.

Duties

* Prepare ingredients and toppings according to recipes

* Cook ramen noodles and other menu items

* Assemble ramen and other dishes accurately and efficiently

* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

* Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

* Properly store and handle food and ingredients

* Assist with opening and closing duties





* Work efficiently with other team members during busy service periods

Qualifications

* Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Solid teamwork and communication skills

* Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

* Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

* Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
