Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing our cloud-based infrastructure to ensure the stability, performance, and security of our mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AWS cloud services, operational excellence, and automation, with hands-on experience supporting production environments. You will play a key role in incident response, cloud architecture design, deployment pipelines, and cost optimization across our cloud platforms.

Responsibilitie

1. Responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and management of the company's cloud infrastructure, primarily based on the AWS cloud platform.

2. Design, deploy, and maintain highly available and stable cloud architectures, including but not limited to: VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.

3. Utilize Cloudflare products for system acceleration and security protection, including but not limited to:

- DNS management and resolution optimization
- CDN acceleration and cache policy configuration
- WAF rule configuration and security policy optimization
- DDoS protection and SSL/TLS certificate management.

4. Responsible for the planning and maintenance of cloud network architecture:

- Subnets, Route Tables, Security Groups, NACLs
- NAT Gateway, Site-to-Site VPN, Client VPN.

5. Monitor system status, quickly identify and resolve production incidents to ensure 7x24 stable operation of business services.

6. Collaborate with R&D; teams to support application deployment, release, rollback, and CI/CD processes.

7. Develop and maintain operational documentation, architecture diagrams, troubleshooting procedures, and contingency plans.

8. Continuously optimize system performance, stability, security, and cloud resource costs (FinOps).

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

- Native Level Mandarin Speaker
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience in operations / cloud operations.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and practical production experience, including but not limited to: EC2, VPC, ELB, RDS, S3, IAM.
- Experience with the Cloudflare platform, with skills in at least several of the following areas:
- DNS management and troubleshooting
- Understanding of CDN principles and cache optimization
- Basic WAF rule configuration.
- Proficient in Linux operating systems (CentOS / Ubuntu) with common troubleshooting skills.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS.
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem analysis skills, capable of independently handling production issues.

2. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

- Holding AWS certifications (Solutions Architect / SysOps / DevOps).
- Experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust, Tunnel, Access, or related products.
- Familiarity with container and cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes (EKS).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
- Experience in automation operations (Shell / Python / Ansible).
- Experience in operating or architecting high-concurrency, high-availability systems.
- Knowledge of security compliance and best practices (least privilege, WAF, security auditing).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
