OVERVIEW

Our client, a leading organization with a strong reputation for operational excellence across multiple industries, is seeking General Labour/Process Workers for their North Bay and Sturgeon Falls locations. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform a variety of general labour tasks, including but not limited to material handling, machine operation, assembly, packaging, and general site maintenance.
- Assist in production processes by following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products, ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Perform quality checks on products and materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers, adapting to changing work requirements and priorities.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and safety briefings to stay informed and compliant with company policies.
- Report any safety hazards,



equipment malfunctions, or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to learn and apply mechanical concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive motions.
- Willingness to work in various roles and adapt to changing tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to comply with safety standards and company policies.
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
