Overview
As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of events, ensuring that each detail aligns with the client's vision and objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and strong communication skills to manage all aspects of event planning from conception to completion. You will work closely with vendors, venues, and clients to create memorable experiences that exceed expectations.

Duties

- Develop detailed event timelines and manage logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and during events.
- Manage guest services during events to ensure a positive experience for all participants.
- Facilitate daily administrative responsibilities; phone calls, answering emails, and booking meetings.
- Maintain organized records of budgets, contracts, correspondence,



and scheduling related to each event.
- Hours include Tuesday to Saturday.
