Our warehouse team is key behind the scenes, supporting all Manitoba locations and ensuring inventory moves accurately and efficiently. As we grow, we’re looking for a reliable team member to join the crew.

Summary

We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate to join Flamingo+ Cannabis. This role is best for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced workplace.

You’ll handle incoming inventory, process purchase orders, and prepare inter-store shipments to ensure products are received, organized, and delivered correctly to our retail locations.

Responsibilities

- Process and receive purchase orders
- Prepare and manage inter-store shipments and transfers
- Receive vendor deliveries and verify against documents
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare inventory for shipment
- Ensure accuracy of all outgoing transfers
- Organize and store incoming inventory properly
- Assist with inventory counts and discrepancies




- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Load and unload shipments
- Communicate issues to management
- Support smooth inventory flow between locations
- Follow company handling procedures
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Warehouse, inventory, or retail experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with inventory systems and computers
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift and move inventory
- Experience with purchase orders or shipping is an asset
- Cannabis/vape knowledge is an asset
- Must be 19+
