Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient Home Care Aide to provide non-medical care and companionship for an elderly individual in their home. The ideal candidate will assist with daily activities, help maintain a safe and clean living workplace, and support the individual's independence and quality of life.

​Key Responsibilities

​Personal Care: Assist with daily routines including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility/transfers.

​Daily Living Support: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary preferences or guidelines.

​Household Assistance: Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, tidying living areas), changing bed linens, and trash disposal.

​Companionship: Engage in conversation, read, or support personal hobbies and activities to keep the individual socially engaged.

​Errands & Appointments:



Assist with medication reminders and accompany to medical appointments or short errands as needed.

​Qualifications & Requirements

​Experience: Previous experience as a Home Care Aide, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.

​Certifications: First Aid and CPR certification required (or willing to obtain upon hire).

​Skills: Excellent communication, patience, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.

​Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with physical transfers safely.

​Background Checks: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and passing a criminal background check required.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
