Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter / Renovator to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry and renovation projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help transform spaces through precise woodworking, structural repairs, and detailed finishing work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential restorations to commercial renovations, utilizing your comprehensive construction knowledge and hands-on skills.

Duties

- Construct, install, repair, and restore structures using a variety of hand tools and power tools.
- Install cabinetry, drywall, flooring, tile, siding, and other interior or exterior finishes.
- Conduct construction painting, caulking, and sealing to ensure durable and aesthetically pleasing results.
- Follow construction estimating procedures to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble structures or components using schematics and technical instructions.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly.





Experience

- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or general construction with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings essential for precise execution.
- Hands-on experience with drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, siding application, and roofing.
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools (such as CNC machines), and heavy machinery safely.
- Previous handyman experience or multi-trade skills including plumbing and electrical work is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction painting, caulking, heavy lifting, and site management.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
