We are currently seeking an experienced Law Clerk - Real Estate.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

- Assist all lawyers in the firm with any type of Teraview registration and/or searches.
- Perform searches and interpret the results of same and complete checklists for review by the responsible lawyer
- Manage and complete purchase and mortgage files
- Commercial/residential purchases, sales, mortgages, refinancing, private lending
- Draft and coordinate documents required for closing
- Drafting of various internal and external correspondence
- Daily and accurate billing on all matters
- Maintain calendars and deadlines
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, reporting to lenders and clients, and document management

Required Skills:

- Strong organizational skills




- High Proficiency in Unity, Teraview, Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple files start to finish
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Clerical skills for general office tasks
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Prior experience of at least 3 years, as a law clerk, is required.

This is a full time position IN-OFFICE with regular business hours with the addition of overtime as required by the Firm.
