Job Summary

Join our dynamic food service team as a Food Counter Attendant! Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with food handling procedures to uphold quality standards

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of POS systems or similar platforms is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
