Job Description

As a server at LilChef Bistro, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. We are hiring for multiple positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing.
- Order Management: Take accurate orders from guests and communicate them effectively to kitchen staff.
- Delivery & Presentation: Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Payment Processing: Handle payments, operate cash registers, and balance cash drawers.
- Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organised work area, including tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Dishwashing.



At our restaurant it is mainly the responsibility of the server to clean the dishes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required..
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
