Fleetwood Pharmacy Remedy's RX has an opening for a part-time pharmacist at our Surrey, BC location. We are a community-focused pharmacy known for our patient-first approach and supportive team environment. Join us in delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

- 24-32 hours ( flexible, Sun to Wed, sunday is only 8am-12noon)
- No methadone
- No evenings
- 3-4 days off every week

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Check prescriptions for accuracy.
- Counsel on prescription and OTC medications.
- Provide clinical services such medication reviews, vaccination and prescription adaptation, In Home patient's visits
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers ( Family Physicians, Nurse practitioners, Fraser health authority, Hospital discharge team)
- NO OAT/NO METHADONE

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor of Pharmacy.
- License to practice in British Columbia




- Knowledge of Kroll® pharmacy system is a must
- Superior interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
