Responsibilities

- Remove damaged or broken auto glass safely and efficiently using hand tools and power tools.
- Install new windshields, side windows, rear windows, and other automotive glass components following manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify additional repair needs related to glass or mechanical components.
- Handle heavy lifting of glass panels and related materials with proper safety techniques to prevent injury.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and assist with minor automotive repairs as needed.




- Maintain detailed records of all installations, repairs, and inspections for quality assurance purposes.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Experience

- Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques.
- Familiarity with automotive glass installation processes and safety protocols.
- Mechanic experience or background in automotive repair enhances your ability to diagnose related issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
