Tee’s Shortbread is currently looking for a self- motivated, energetic individual to join our exciting field team as a Brand Ambassador. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the lively face of our brand, engaging with customers and creating memorable experiences that inspire loyalty. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help showcase our products through dynamic demos and personalized interactions, driving brand awareness and sales. This paid role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your marketing and public speaking skills while representing a vibrant brand in diverse settings.

Our ideal candidate would be passionate about the Tee’s brand and love shortbread. They would bring their genuine excitement for the brand into 6 different COSTCO Stores over the next 5 months.. The Brand Ambassador will visit stores, provide in-store demonstrations and share their knowledge with Costco staff and Costco customers

The Tee’s Shortbread Ambassador, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Working 40 hours per week including weekends

Following a predetermined schedule set forth to best support sales.

Maintain regular and consistent schedule with punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation. Follow an assigned schedule, given or approved by manager. Maintain a professional appearance that is consistent with the requirements of the job. Influence and create sales based on goals given by manager. Ensure products are displayed properly and maintain our products which are on display. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products to customers and employees. Ability to talk to customers with a problem-solving approach to sales using our techniques. Act and respond with a customer comes first attitude,



while asking the right respectful questions to discover their needs.Ability to prepare and serve food samples while using our productsFood Safe Certified to be maintained while employed with Tee’s ShortbreadMaintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation, including cleaning area and demo equipment after demonstrationAdhere to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.Manage and submit requests for days off with advance notice

We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:2-5 years customer service and/or sales experienceGoal orientedFriendly, energetic, and a people-personA valid driver's license and reliable transportation (able to travel 50km radius from posted location)

Will be working in North York, Downsview, South Etobicoke, Ajax, Burlington and Vaughan Ability to be Food Safe certified after employed. Provide quality demos of food products.

A passion for food and baking! Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed and driven.Required Skills and Abilities

Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and independently at times. Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to build relationships. The ability to lift, pull, and/or carry at least 50 pounds

Be able to stand on your feet and talk up to 5-8 hours a day
