Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, trusts, corporate Wills, and estate planning strategies.

- Lead client meetings, provide recommendations, discuss fees, and guide matters through implementation.

- Build and maintain solid client and professional referral relationships.

- Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, corporate lawyers, and other professionals.

- Manage matters with support from dedicated paralegal and administrative teams.

Qualifications:

- Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.

- 3+ years of experience primarily focused on estate planning.

- Solid client-facing, communication, and advisory skills.

- Experience with complex estate planning strategies.

- STEP/TEP designation or experience with corporate Wills and trusts is an asset.

- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Vancouver.
