Duties

- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, pool, and systems to identify maintenance needs and prevent issues before they arise
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, doors, windows, and fixtures with precision and care
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for accountability and future reference
- Support safety protocols by ensuring work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards




- Pool chemical testing and balancing
- Parking lot cleaning

Qualifications

- Proven experience in general maintenance or repair work in commercial or residential settings is preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and building safety codes
- Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and implement effective solutions
- Strong physical stamina to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks in various environments
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
- Valid driver’s license may be required for transportation of tools or equipment

- Respectful to other team members and show care for the property.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
