About this role:

- Provides compassionate, specialized care for patients and families dealing with a “life-altering” complex condition. It may include ventilation, special feeding systems, tracheostomy care, and special pain management
- The population of focus (adult or pediatrics)
- Night shifts or evening shifts

Requirements:

- Recent experience with tracheostomy care, g-tube care, and seizure management. Training will also be available.
- CNO registration in good standing
- Recent experience in home care, chronic care or rehab setting, working with continuous complex care patients will be an asset
- Recent experience in pediatrics will be an asset
- Palliative Care experience will be an asset
- Preferably with Driver's License and access to own vehicle
