We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced, live-in, Resident Building Manager for a 3 building residential apartment complex in Langford, BC.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leasing units, collecting rent, security deposits, screening applicants, assisting applicants and tenants with our online payment system. Daily customer service to all current tenants, submitting daily reports, including vacancy reports, purchase orders and handling tenant complaints and scheduling work orders.

On-call during evenings & weekends MUST LIVE ON SITE.

Your qualifications include:

3 years of previous experience in residential property management· Strong communication and organizational skills· Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet)·
