Sphinx Medical group is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are detail oriented and a real go-getter.

The ideal candidate should have:
Medical Office Assistant Certificate mandatory and Healthquest Experience preferred.

Minimum 1 year experience in a medical clinic setting is required.

Customer Service Skills to ensure a high quality of care for the patients

An interest in health care and customer service
Able to talk to patients in an understanding way
Knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written (e.g. positive spelling, punctuation, grammar as well as spoken English)
Excellent organizational & time management skills Exceptional computer skills, including and ability to learn new software. Able to commute between medical clinic sites. Salary based on experience

Position is Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:00pm with some Saturdays and Sundays 10:00am - 3:00pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
