Central Kia is hiring a Parts & Service Advisor to join our team in Grand Falls-Windsor. This is a customer-focused role where you'll work closely with our service technicians and parts team to help keep customers informed and their service experience running smoothly.

As a Parts & Service Advisor, you'll be one of the key points of contact for our customers. You'll listen to their concerns, help identify their service and maintenance needs, explain recommended work, coordinate with the service and parts departments, and keep customers updated throughout the process.

Don't have dealership experience? Don't count yourself out.

Automotive experience is certainly an asset, but we're also interested in people who bring robust customer service skills, a positive attitude, good communication, and the ability to stay organized when things get busy. If you're dependable, comfortable working with customers, and willing to learn the automotive side of the role, we'd like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customers and help identify their vehicle service needs.
- Advise customers on vehicle maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Clearly explain recommended repairs, timelines, and costs and obtain customer approval.
- Schedule service appointments and help keep our shop running efficiently.
- Work with technicians and parts to provide customers with accurate and timely information.




- Respond to telephone calls, inquiries, and customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain accurate and organized service records and repair orders.

What We're Looking For:

- Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Confidence communicating with customers and understanding their needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with our parts, service, and technician teams.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset but not required.
