TalentWorld is recruiting a Telecom Construction Foreman in Calgary, Alberta for one of its valued partners.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading on-site crews, coordinating daily site plans, and supporting safe and efficient field operations while contributing to the successful delivery of telecom construction projects.
Schedule: 15 days on / 6 days off rotation | Typical workdays are 10–12 hours | Regular travel and overnight assignments required

Telecom Construction Foreman Responsibilities

- Lead on-site telecom construction crews supporting cell tower projects, rural builds, and 5G upgrades




- Conduct daily site kickoffs and establish work plans and priorities
- Coordinate with the Construction Manager on project schedules, requirements, and deliverables
- Train, guide, and support crew members in the field
- Maintain strict safety standards and awareness of field risks
- Troubleshoot on-site issues and adapt work plans as required
- Promote a professional, accountable, and team-oriented team culture

Telecom Construction Foreman Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of telecom field construction experience, including tower climbing experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a satisfactory driver’s abstract
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of telecom construction safety practices and field operations
- Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments
- Experience mentoring or training junior team members is considered an asset
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly and complete overnight assignments as required
