Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce high-quality components.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining of parts.
- Understands G-code for efficient machine operation.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

- Proficient in machining processes with hands-on experience in CNC operations.
- Familiarity with Haas machines is preferred.




- Solid basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
- Mechanical knowledge to understand machine functions and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity.
- Ability to operate lathe and milling machines effectively.
- Competence in using calipers and all other measurement tools for quality assurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
