Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and secure delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be the face of our company to our clients. You will also handle loading and unloading of products, making sure that all items are delivered in good condition.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle for deliveries
- Load and unload products using manual labor and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Follow designated routes and schedules for timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Handle heavy lifting and moving of goods as required
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff regarding inventory and delivery status

Experience





- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- Experience in warehouse operations is a plus
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is desirable
- Knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation skills
- Proficient in using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other loading/unloading tools
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
