Job Overview
The Children's Worker plays a vital role in supporting the emotional, educational, and spiritual development of children within our community. Responsibilities

- Provide bereavement support and hospice care to children coping with loss or illness.
- Facilitate educational and recreational activities that promote learning and personal growth.
- Teach essential life skills through engaging programs tailored to children's needs.
- Demonstrate leadership by guiding children in group settings and encouraging teamwork.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships.
- Plan and execute events that foster community engagement and support for children's programs.
- Utilize experience with children to create a secure and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Mentor children by setting positive examples and providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in fundraising initiatives to support program development and sustainability.
