We are seeking a reliable, skilled handyman to perform routine and emergency maintenance across multiple rental units. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting)
- Complete tenant work orders in a timely manner
- Handle turnover tasks between tenants
- Inspect units for maintenance issues
- Install fixtures, appliances, and hardware
- Coordinate with property manager for scheduling and supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

- Proven handyman/maintenance experience
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Solid communication and time-management skills




- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Available for occasional urgent or after-hours repairs

Schedule: Flexible; part-time or full-time options available.
