Role Overview
As an Assistant to the Excavator Operator, you will work towards hitting a daily productivity goal. We are a hard-working team that starts early and takes pride in a job well done. If you have a strong work ethic, a valid driver’s license, and a desire to learn, you will thrive here.

Significant Logistics:

- Shift Start: 7:00 AM sharp.
- Location: Our yard/sites are not accessible by public transit. You must have reliable personal transportation to get to work.

Key Responsibilities

- Transport & Logistics: Drive a Company Ram 1500 truck towing a utility trailer to and from job sites (Valid driver's license required).
- Equipment Operation: Operate small machinery and powered dumpers to transport materials to the dump trailer.




- Excavation Support: Assist with digging activities, including skimming trenches, hand-digging shallow areas, and managing debris.
- Tool Handling: Safely utilize hand and power tools (e.g., shovels, rakes, sawzalls).
- Site Maintenance: Perform continuous site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe, tidy work environment.
- Landscaping Support: Assist with landscaping tasks such as yard demolition, lot clearing, and laying sod.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 per week
