We are seeking a qualified and highly organized Dental Receptionist to join our busy and growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE working with CLEARDENT.
This role requires familiarity with dental office procedures, dental codes, and multi-line phone systems to ensure smooth daily operations, and to be able to work independently some days. This role is NOT suitable for a new grad.

Schedule:
- Monday 9-4, Tuesday 11-7, Wednesday 11-7, Thursday 9-4, Friday 9-3
- Pay rates can be discussed further, at the time of interview
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Dental Receptionist required
- Minimum 1-2 Years Experience with Cleardent
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor
- Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
