REQUIREMENTS:

- Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician Certificate or equivalent
- Valid Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
- Minimum 5 years of heavy-duty truck/commercial vehicle experience
- Valid driver's licence with acceptable driving record
- Valid DZ or AZ licence
- Experience with Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, Allison, or similar systems
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring schematics, and service manuals
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Forklift and overhead crane certification
- Experience with armoured, military, emergency, or specialty vehicles is an asset

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial trucks and specialty vehicles
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, driveline, steering, suspension,



HVAC, fuel, cooling, and exhaust systems
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and certify air brake systems
- Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, ECM, and CAN Bus systems
- Install, test, and troubleshoot OEM and aftermarket equipment
- Perform welding, fabrication, structural repairs, and vehicle modifications
- Conduct road tests and final quality inspections
- Complete repair documentation and maintenance records
- Ensure all work meets OEM specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
