Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Prepare spaces for clients by organizing supplies and ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to high standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by deep cleaning appliances, countertops, and sinks
- Manage time effectively to complete all scheduled tasks on time
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following health and safety protocols

Experience

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates




- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of household cleaning techniques
- Customer service experience that highlights your friendly approach and problem-solving abilities

Requirements

- Location: Must be willing to work in communities all around central Vancouver Island
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred but not madatory
- Licensing & Documentation: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, clean driver’s abstract, and a clean criminal record check
- References: Please provide 2 professional job references
- Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
