Job Overview

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Workers to join our manufacturing team in Mississauga. The ideal candidates will be patient, careful, and comfortable handling delicate or fragile products.

Initial hiring will be for 1–2 employees for training, with additional positions available based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

- Assemble shutters, blinds, and related products according to instructions.
- Carefully handle delicate and fragile materials.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Meet daily production and quality targets.

Requirements

- Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse,



or production experience is an asset.
- Experience handling delicate or fragile products preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and patience.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to both male and female candidates.

Language Preference

Candidates who speak Filipino, Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese, Vietnamese, or Guyanese Creole are preferred.
