We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and positive Jr. Assistant Manager to join our operations team. This is someone who is passionate about food and service and managing a team to deliver consistent high-levels of guest experience. The Jr, asm role will provide opportunity to gain responsibility and grow internally with the company. Our goal is to create a fun, relaxed and safe work space where people can get together to enjoy themselves, our wacky atmosphere, and the great beer that our brewers work hard to produce!

The Junior ASM role responsibilities are below:

- The role will provide you the opportunity to serve and manage during the week making tips in addition to your hourly wage
- Responsible for providing excellent guest experiences with tables and guest, supporting team members
- Oversees day-to-day operations and staff development
- Responsible for the service of all beverages and food to guests in a prompt, efficient and above all, friendly and courteous manner
- Must be able to manage and enforce smart serve policies, keep guest and staff safety as a priority
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant
- Ability to manage labour, sales targets, guest service expectations,



food quality and coaching staff
- Admin task such as inventory, SOP's, excel spreadsheets, tap rotations, reservations, on-boarding etc

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 year of serving experience in a full-service environment is required
- Minimum of 1 year of supervising or management experience is preferred
- Must be able to work a versatile schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays is required
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be trusted with closing and opening the building
- Responsibility for all staff and guest safety
- A valid Smart Serve is required
- A passion for craft beer and an enthusiasm for hospitality is required
