The Job
We're looking for someone to join our team who's ready to roll up their sleeves and apply intumescent thermal paint (fire-protective coatings) on residential and commercial projects. Experienced applicator? Great — we want to hear from you. New to intumescent coatings but ready to learn? Also perfect. We'll teach you.

You’ll spend your days:

- Applying intumescent thermal paint using top of the line spray equipment
- Prepping surfaces and job sites for coating (masking, taping, cleaning, priming, setting up gear)
- Checking film thickness and coverage to make sure our work meets spec
- Maintaining and cleaning spray equipment so it's ready for the next job
- Pitching in wherever needed — teamwork is the name of the game

What You Bring to the Table

- A valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
- Experience with intumescent coatings, spray painting, or fireproofing is a strong asset — but the desire to learn and take pride in your work matters most




- An eye for detail — fire protection is only as good as the application
- Reliability — we need someone who shows up and gives their best every day
- The ability to lift, climb ladders, work at heights, wear a respirator, and keep up in an active job environment
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends if needed
