With continued growth, our Balzac, AB location is currently looking for:

Concrete Ready Mix Dispatcher

· Responsible for the day-to-day delivery and coordination of ready-mix concrete to the job sites.

· Schedules and dispatches orders daily to maximize production and equipment efficiency; prepare and submit daily reports, adjust and prepare for last minute orders, cancellations, payment collections, invoicing and reconciliation customer account.

· Responsible for building and maintaining customer and client relationships, and work closely with the production team

· Maintain high degree of accuracy and detail in order entry, and coordinate with plant operators to monitor batching and loading times

· Abides by company policies and procedures regarding handling employment equipment

What you will bring along:

· Previous experience with dispatching and/or batching in a Concrete Plant,



robust organizational skills, logistics and customer service

· Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral while working under pressure with fluctuating timelines and scheduling needs

· Be able to multitask and perform well in a team setting

· Willing to work flexible hours and overtime

· Have a valid driver's license and drivers abstract according to company policy

· Meet all Safety requirements and policies

· Comfortable with computer software and GPS systems

· Pre-employment drug screening in effect, reference checks required
