Our Centre is seeking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Early Childhood Educator & Bus Driver who is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive both inside the classroom and through safe transportation.
Our team is looking for someone who not only has a genuine love for working with children, but who is also responsible, safety-minded and comfortable driving our centre vehicle for school pick-ups/drop-off.

Requirements:
- Certified Early Childhood Educator (Level 2/3 ECE Certificate Preferred)
- Must have Class 4 license or higher (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- S Endorsement (or willing to obtain upon hire)
- First Aid + CPR Level B or C
- Criminal Record Check + Vulnerable Sector Check (within 6 months)
- Minimum 2 years experience working in childcare
- Love for children and dedication to their well-being
- Positive, energetic, and reliable personality
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, caring, and positive environment for all children
- Support and Lead daily routines such as activity planning, snacks, naps, transitions, and outdoor play
- Communicate with parents regarding daily updates and key observations
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain organized classrooms and transportation matters
- Safely operate centre vehicle for daily pick-ups/drop-offs or school transport.
- Complete vehicle safety checks and follow all transportation safety policies and documentations.
