We are looking for an experienced residential HVAC installer to join our team.

What we're looking for

Previous residential HVAC installation experience is strongly preferred, but it is not an absolute requirement. If you have solid mechanical skills, a good work ethic, and the ability to learn, we are willing to train the right person.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

- Residential furnace installations
- Air conditioning installations
- Sheet metal and ductwork fabrication
- Gas fitting
- Electrical
- Troubleshooting and system commissioning
- Working independently and as part of a team

You should take pride in your work, be reliable, able to follow directions, and have valuable communication and customer-service skills.

The job

Your primary responsibility will be the installation and replacement of residential heating and cooling equipment.

The position will also involve service and repair work, system troubleshooting, maintenance, and participation in an on-call rotation.

You will be expected to complete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while following applicable codes and company procedures.

Requirements

- Valid driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Able to lift equipment and work in physically demanding conditions
- Able to bend, squat, kneel, climb ladders, and work in attics/crawlspaces when required
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Pay: $26.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
